Edward Hibbert Biography
Edward Hibbert is an American-born British actor and literary agent. He is best known for his portrayal of Gil Chesterton in the TV series Frasier and his voice work as Zazu in The Lion King franchise. Hibbert was born on September 9, 1955, on Long Island, New York. He grew up in England and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. In the mid-1980s, he returned to the United States. Throughout his career, Hibbert has appeared in various Broadway and regional theatre productions and has had roles in major films. In 1993, he won an Obie Award for his performance in Paul Rudnick's Jeffrey.
