Elaine Bromka

Elaine Bromka (born January 6, 1950) is an American actress known for her versatile performances in film, television, and theater. She gained recognition for her role as Cindy Russell in the popular comedy film Uncle Buck (1989), and as Gloria in the critically acclaimed drama In the Family (2011). Bromka has showcased her talent on television shows such as Days of Our Lives, The Sopranos, Sex and the City, and ER. She has also graced the Broadway stage with her presence in productions like The Rose Tattoo, I'm Not Rappaport, and Macbeth. In addition to her acting career, Bromka is a talented writer, co-creating the one-woman play Lady Bird, Pat & Betty: Tea for Three. Born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, Bromka is a recipient of the prestigious New England Emmy Award.
