Elaine Tan

Elaine Tan is an English actress known for her diverse range of performances in television, film, and stage productions. Born on 28 June 1979, Tan attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School as a child, where she honed her acting skills. She has appeared in various notable productions, such as the Royal Variety Shows, South Pacific, and The King and I at Sadler's Wells Theatre. Tan holds a degree in law from the University of Exeter and has completed the Legal Practice Certificate in London. She gained recognition for her lead role as Liat in Sir Trevor Nunn's production of South Pacific at the Royal National Theatre. Tan has also appeared in several television shows, including Nighty Night, Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, EastEnders, 'Til Death, Boston Legal, Entourage, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Hawaii Five-0. Additionally, she received a Best Actress nomination at the ECU European Independent Film Festival in 2006.
