Elias Koteas (Ηλίας Κοτέας; born March 11, 1961) is a Canadian actor known for his roles in both television and film. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Alvin 'Al' Olinsky in the Chicago franchise. Koteas has appeared in lead and supporting roles in various movies, including Some Kind of Wonderful (1987), The Adjuster (1991), Exotica (1994), The Prophecy (1995), Crash (1996), and many more. His exceptional performance in the film Ararat (2002) earned him the Canadian Screen Award for Best Supporting Actor. Additionally, Koteas played Casey Jones in two of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films. He was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to parents of Greek descent and is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
