Elijah Everett

Elijah Everett is a German-born Welsh chess player. He has a peak rating of 2233, surpassing the rating requirement for a Candidate Master. In June 2018, he won a bronze individual medal in the NATO Team Chess Championship. In September 2019, Everett emerged as the champion in the NATO Chess Championship. Later, in December 2019, he switched federations from Germany to Wales. In December 2022, Everett participated in the World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships, securing victories against notable opponents. Apart from his chess career, Everett is a language teacher, specializing in English, German, and Welsh.
