Elizabeth Carling (born 20 October 1967) is an English actress and singer. She gained recognition for her performances in popular TV shows such as Boon, Goodnight Sweetheart, Barbara, and Casualty. Carling briefly engaged to Neil Morrissey, whom she met while working on the ITV drama Boon and also appeared with in an episode of BBC sitcom Men Behaving Badly. In addition to her TV work, Carling has appeared in various theater productions, including I Ought to Be in Pictures. She has also narrated the second series of Bear Grylls: Mission Survive and appeared on the BBC1 series Our Girl. Carling's film credits include The Damned United, where she played Barbara Clough, the wife of Brian Clough.
