Elizabeth Yu

Elizabeth Yu is an American actress known for her role as Princess Azula in the live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. She made her debut in the entertainment industry with a role in the 2022 film Somewhere in Queens. Yu also starred as Ruby, a college student, in Year One, a coming-of-age film directed by Lauren Loesberg. In January 2023, she was cast in the romantic drama May December, directed by Todd Haynes. Additionally, Yu was cast as Young Maggie in an NBC drama pilot created by Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs, where her character, a passionate murder-mystery book nerd, meets a tragic fate.
