Ellie Goulding

Elena Jane Goulding, born on December 30, 1986, is an English singer and songwriter. Her career took off after meeting record producers Starsmith and Frankmusik and being discovered by manager Jamie Lillywhite. In July 2009, she signed with Polydor Records and released her debut EP, 'An Introduction to Ellie Goulding.' Her first studio album, 'Lights,' was released in 2010 and debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, selling over 850,000 copies in the UK alone. Goulding's second album, 'Halcyon,' was released in 2012 and reached number two on the UK Albums Chart.
