Elton John

Sir Elton Hercules John (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight; 25 March 1947) is a British singer, pianist, and composer. With a career spanning over five decades, John is known for his contributions to popular music and his showmanship. He rose to fame in the 1970s with hits like 'Your Song' and 'Rocket Man' and has since released numerous successful albums. John's songwriting partnership with Bernie Taupin is widely regarded as one of the most successful in music history. Born and raised in Pinner, London, John learned to play the piano at an early age and attended the Royal Academy of Music. He released his debut album, 'Empty Sky,' in 1969 and formed the Elton John Band the following year.
