    Emily Shaffer is an American film actress, dancer, and audio book narrator. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, she attended Robert C. Byrd High School and graduated with a degree in theater from West Virginia University. Shaffer has appeared in productions sponsored by Jigsaw Theatre and West Virginia Public Theatre. In 2010, she performed in He's Coming Up the Stairs at Empire Stage in Fort Lauderdale. Shaffer's television career started with a guest role on HBO's How to Make It in America (2011) and she later appeared in the pilot of the NBC series Chicago Med, which is a spin-off of Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. She has also had theatrical roles at the Gladys G. Davis Theatre and the New York Theatre Workshop, including a performance in It's a Wonderful Life in 2018. Additionally, Shaffer has worked as a print model for Axe Body Spray.
