Emily Swallow

Emily Swallow (born December 18, 1979) is an American actress known for her roles in film, television, and theater. She gained recognition for playing The Armorer in the Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. Swallow also portrayed Kim Fischer in the TV series, The Mentalist, and Amara/The Darkness in the 11th season of Supernatural. Additionally, she appeared as Emily in the video game The Last of Us Part II. Born in Washington, D.C., Swallow grew up in Sterling, Virginia, and Jacksonville, Florida. She pursued her passion for acting while attending Stanton College Preparatory School and later studied Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Virginia. Swallow further honed her acting skills by earning an MFA in Acting from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
