Emmanuelle Vaugier

Emmanuelle Frederique Vaugier is a Canadian film and television actress, born on June 23, 1976. She is best known for her recurring roles as Detective Jessica Angell on CSI: NY, Mia on Two and a Half Men, Dr. Helen Bryce on Smallville, FBI Special Agent Emma Barnes on Human Target, and as The Morrigan on Lost Girl. Vaugier has also appeared in feature films, including Secondhand Lions alongside Michael Caine and Robert Duvall, Saw II and Saw IV as Addison, and 40 Days and 40 Nights.
