Emmett Skilton

Emmett Skilton is a New Zealand actor and director. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Axl Johnson in the comedy-drama series, The Almighty Johnsons. Skilton has also appeared in notable projects such as Avatar: The Way of Water and the American comedy series Young Rock, where he played the role of Dwayne Johnson's real-life college football coach, Ed Orgeron. Born on September 23, 1987, in Wellington, New Zealand, Skilton grew up in Titahi Bay and attended Mana College. He honed his acting skills by participating in the New Zealand Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Festival and performing with the improvisation troupe Joe Improv. Skilton's talent and dedication have led him to establish a successful career in the entertainment industry.
