Emmy Rossum

Emmy Rossum is an American actress, director, and singer, born on September 12, 1986, in New York City. She gained recognition for her role as Fiona Gallagher in the television series Shameless from 2011 to 2019. Rossum has also ventured into directing and producing, including her work on the 2022 Peacock series Angelyne, where she also stars. She began her career as a child performer with the Metropolitan Opera and later transitioned to on-screen roles in films such as Mystic River (2003), The Day After Tomorrow (2004), and The Phantom of the Opera (2004). Rossum has also appeared in films like Poseidon (2006), Dragonball: Evolution (2009), and Beautiful Creatures (2013).
