Eric Nam

Eric Nam is an American singer, songwriter, and television personality based in South Korea. Born on November 17, 1988, in Atlanta, Georgia, Nam gained recognition after a cover he posted on YouTube went viral. This led to an invitation from South Korean broadcasting company MBC to compete on the program Star Audition: Birth of a Great Star 2, where he showcased his talent. Since then, Nam has made a name for himself in the South Korean entertainment industry. He was named GQ Korea's Man of the Year in 2016 and included on Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia in 2017. In 2019, he was honored as one of YouTube Music's Global Trending Artists on the Rise.
