Eric Pierpoint

Eric Pierpoint (born November 18, 1950) is an American actor and author. He is best known for his role as George Francisco on Fox Network's Alien Nation and for his appearances on each of the first four Star Trek television spin-offs. Pierpoint was born in Redlands, California, and grew up in Washington, DC after his mother married former CBS news White House correspondent Robert Pierpoint. He attended Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was involved in wrestling, soccer, and tennis. Pierpoint later studied philosophy at the University of Redlands in California. Apart from acting, he is also an author.
