Eric Szmanda

Eric Szmanda is an American actor known for his role as Greg Sanders in the CBS police drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which he portrayed from 2000 to 2015. Born on July 24, 1975, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Szmanda grew up in Mukwonago. He attended Mukwonago High School and later Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin. After completing marketing internships with BMG, he pursued a career in the music business in Chicago. Szmanda then attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, California, where he studied for four years before graduating. His first television role was in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
