Eric Thal

Eric Thal (born August 10, 1965) is an American film and stage actor. He is best known for his roles in films such as A Stranger Among Us, The Puppet Masters, Samson and Delilah, The Wedding, and Six Degrees of Separation. Thal was born in Niskayuna, New York, and raised on The Main Line of Philadelphia. He began his acting career at a young age, studying under Richard Brewer of the Hedgerow Theatre. Thal graduated from The Haverford School and briefly attended Lafayette College before moving to New York to pursue acting. He worked various jobs before landing his first film role in 1991, where he was cast by Sidney Lumet in the lead role of Ariel in A Stranger Among Us.
