Erica Gimpel

Erica Fawn Gimpel (born June 25, 1964) is an American actress, singer, dancer, and composer. She gained recognition for her role as Coco Hernandez in the television show Fame, and as Angel Brown in Profiler. Gimpel also had recurring roles on ER as Adele Newman and on Veronica Mars as Alicia Fennel. From 2018 to 2020, she portrayed Trish, a series regular, on the show God Friended Me. In addition to her acting career, Gimpel served as a judge on RTÉ One's Fame: The Musical. She released her debut CD, Spread Your Wings and Fly, in January 2010. Gimpel was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, and graduated from New York's High School of Performing Arts.
