Erica Hubbard

Erica Hubbard is an American actress and model, best known for her roles in the 2006 film Akeelah and the Bee and the television series Lincoln Heights and Let's Stay Together. Born and raised in Chicago, Hubbard attended Columbia College where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and minored in Theater. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in three years. Hubbard began her acting career at the age of nine, appearing in commercials for well-known brands such as McDonald's, Reebok, and Sears. She also lent her voice to the character Abbey in the TV series The Replacements. In addition to her acting work, Hubbard established The Erica Hubbard Foundation to support youth in at-risk communities.
