Erika Monroe

Erika Monroe, also known as Erika Monroe Williams, is a US television news anchor and show host. Originally from Southern California, Monroe Williams began her career as a news anchor and health reporter for Fox affiliate KJTV-TV in Lubbock, Texas. During her time there, she received recognition by winning first and second place in the Texas Media Awards. She later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she became the weekend anchor for the TV shows Good Evening Arizona and The News Show at 3TV (KTVK). Monroe Williams also worked in entertainment public relations, representing celebrity clients such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Russell Crowe, Jennifer Aniston, and Antonio Banderas. In 2007, she co-hosted the Arizona Diamondbacks' pre-game show alongside her husband, former professional baseball player Matt Williams. Monroe Williams also appeared as a contestant on the ABC show The Taste in 2013, as a member of Team Nigella.
