Erin Cardillo

Erin Cardillo is an American actress, producer, and television writer. She was born on February 17, 1977, in White Plains, New York. Cardillo began her acting career while attending Greenwich High School in Connecticut. She later graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University in 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in performance studies. During her time at Northwestern, she also developed a passion for writing and adaptation. Cardillo has appeared in various TV shows and movies, including an Arby's commercial with her co-star Windell D. Middlebrooks from The Suite Life on Deck. In 2011, she married actor Joe Towne, and they have a son named Lucas Bodhi, born in 2016.
