Erin Mackey

Erin Mackey is an American stage actress and singer, best known for her portrayal of Glinda in the Chicago, Los Angeles, Broadway, and Second National Tour productions of the musical Wicked. Born on June 19, 1986, in Fullerton, California, Mackey was discovered by a manager at Fullerton Children's Repertory Theater and got her first acting opportunity as a double in 1998's The Parent Trap. She later appeared in 'You're Invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley's Fashion Party' and won a 2003 L.A. Music Center Spotlight Award for Non-Classical Voice. After graduating from Fullerton Union High School, Mackey attended Carnegie Mellon University and continued to pursue her passion for theater. From 2006 to 2010, she played the role of Glinda in various productions of Wicked, and she also starred in the Broadway musical Sondheim on Sondheim.
