Ernest Waddell

Ernest Waddell (born July 22, 1982) is a New York City-based actor known for his recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Ken Randall, Fin Tutuola's son, and on The Wire as Dante, Omar Little's boyfriend. He has also appeared on the television series As the World Turns and One Tree Hill, as well as in the film The Poker Game. Waddell is not only an actor but also an abstract painter and photographer. He grew up in Bowie, Maryland and attended a summer program at the Oxford School of Drama before studying at New York University. Waddell has expressed concerns about being typecast due to his appearances on The Wire, but he has found a different experience on SVU, which films under tighter time constraints.
