Eugene Byrd is an American actor born on August 28, 1975, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began his acting career as a child and gained recognition for his role as Arthur in the film My Little Girl in 1986. Byrd is best known for his role as Wink in the movie 8 Mile and Dr. Clark Edison in the FOX series Bones. He has appeared in various films, including Dead Man, Demon Island, Sleepers, Lift, and Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid. Byrd won the Break-Out Performance Award at the 2006 Method Fest Independent Film Festival for his lead role in Confess. He has also made appearances on The Cosby Show, Beverly Hills, 90210, and had a guest spot on the Nickelodeon series Are You Afraid of the Dark?.
