Evan Jonigkeit Biography
Evan Jonigkeit is an American actor known for his roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past, Bone Tomahawk, and Easy. He was born on February 18, 1983 and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Jonigkeit graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2001 and initially pursued a baseball scholarship at Temple University but turned to theater after being sidelined by tendonitis. He started working in the theater community in Philadelphia before being picked up by an agency in New York. Jonigkeit made his breakthrough in 2011 with the Broadway play High and went on to star in The Snow Geese in 2013. His big-screen debut came in 2014 with X-Men: Days of Future Past and he also appeared in Bone Tomahawk in 2015. Jonigkeit played Captain Chesterfield in Discovery Canada's series Frontier.
