Evelyne Brochu

Evelyne Brochu is a Canadian actress and singer-songwriter, born on November 17, 1982. She rose to prominence in 2013 for her role as Delphine Cormier, a French scientist, on the Canadian science fiction thriller TV series Orphan Black. Brochu has also released two studio albums and several singles. She grew up in Pointe-Claire, a suburb of Montreal, Quebec, and is fluent in both French and English. Brochu studied drama at the Cégep de Saint-Laurent and graduated from the Conservatoire d'art dramatique in Montreal in 2005. She credits The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as a key turning point in her English language learning. Brochu has a good relationship with her step-sister and is known for her talent and versatility in the entertainment industry.
