Fearne Cotton

Fearne Wood (Cotton; born 3 September 1981) is an English broadcaster and author. She gained popularity in the late 1990s as a presenter of various children's television shows for GMTV, CITV, and CBBC. From 2002 to 2021, Cotton co-presented the BBC One music show Top of the Pops. She has also hosted Love Island, The Xtra Factor, and several Red Nose Day and Children in Need telethons. Cotton was a team captain on the ITV2 comedy panel show Celebrity Juice from 2008 to 2018. In addition to her television career, she has had success in radio, becoming the first regular female presenter of the Radio 1 Chart Show and hosting her own Radio 1 show from 2009 to 2015. Cotton currently presents the Happy Place podcast and joined BBC Radio 2 in 2016.
