Frank Wood (born May 6, 1960) is an American actor known for his roles in television, film, and theatre. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in 1984 and a MFA from the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Wood won a Tony Award in 1999 for Best Featured Actor in a Play for his performance in Side Man. He also portrayed the character Bill in the Broadway production of August: Osage County. Notably, Wood starred as Roy Cohn in the critically acclaimed off-Broadway revival of Tony Kushner’s Angels in America. Additionally, he appeared in the film Greetings from Tim Buckley as Gary Lucas.
