Frank Zappa

Frank Vincent Zappa (December 21, 1940 – December 4, 1993) was an American musician, composer, and bandleader. Known for his nonconformity and musical experimentation, Zappa's work spanned various genres including rock, pop, jazz, jazz fusion, orchestral, and musique concrète. He released over 60 albums throughout his career, both with his band the Mothers of Invention and as a solo artist. In addition to his music, Zappa directed feature-length films and music videos, as well as designed album covers. His innovative and diverse style has earned him recognition as one of the most influential musicians of his generation, continuing to inspire countless artists to this day.
