    Frankie J Biography
    Francisco Javier Bautista Jr., commonly known as Frankie J, is a Mexican-American singer and former member of the musical group Kumbia Kings. Born in Tijuana, Mexico, he was raised in San Diego, California from the age of two. Frankie J started his career as a freestyle artist in the late 1990s under the stage name Frankie Boy. He later joined Kumbia Kings before pursuing a successful solo career. His debut album, What's a Man to Do, was released in 2003, followed by several English and Spanish language albums. In 2013, Frankie J received a Grammy Award nomination for his album Faith, Hope y Amor for Best Latin Pop Album.
