Ewanuick gained recognition for his roles in various television series, including Corner Gas, where he played the character Hank Yarbo, and the CTV sitcom Dan for Mayor, where he portrayed the title character. He also appeared in other notable shows like Robson Arms. Additionally, Ewanuick starred in Nickelodeon's TV movie Swindle in 2013. He has received numerous awards for his performance in the comedy film The Delicate Art of Parking. Ewanuick has also appeared in popular films such as The Santa Clause 2, Just Friends, Young Triffie, Love and Other Dilemmas, and Absolute Zero.
