Freddy Carter is an English actor and director known for his roles in popular TV shows. He was born on January 27, 1993, in Plymouth, Devon and grew up primarily in Somerset. With his father's military background, he moved around during his childhood, living in Cyprus and Virginia Beach. Carter attended Queen's College in Taunton with his brothers, including fellow actor Tom Austen. After being inspired by a production of 'Jerusalem' in London, he pursued acting and trained at the Oxford School of Drama, graduating in 2015. Carter's notable roles include Kaz Brekker in the Netflix series 'Shadow and Bone' and Pin Hawthorne in 'Free Rein', both gaining popularity among audiences.
