Gabrielle Anwar is an English and American actress, born on February 4, 1970, in Laleham, Surrey. She is best known for her television roles such as Sam Black in the series Press Gang, Margaret Tudor in the first season of The Tudors, and Lady Tremaine in the seventh season of Once Upon a Time. Anwar gained further recognition for her starring role as Fiona Glenanne in the USA network television series Burn Notice from 2007 to 2013. She has also appeared in notable films including Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken (1991), Scent of a Woman (1992), Body Snatchers (1993), and For Love or Money (1993). Anwar's mother, Shirley Hills, is an actress, and her father, Tariq Anwar, is a film producer and editor. She attended Laleham C of E Primary and Middle School.
