Gail Bean

Gail Mitchell, known professionally as Gail Bean, is an American actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Wanda Bell on Snowfall (2018–2023). Bean co-starred in the series Paradise Lost and the film Unexpected. She has also acted in Insecure, Love in the Time of Corona, Atlanta, and Detroiters. Currently, she is a cast member on P-Valley's second season. Bean was born and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She first became interested in acting while attending Stephenson High School and pursued it instead of accounting, which she originally studied. She received her bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University and joined the sorority Delta Sigma Theta. Bean adopted the stage name Gail Bean based on a high school nickname.
