Gail Porter

Gail Porter (born March 23, 1971) is a Scottish television personality, former model, and actress. She started her career in children's TV and later ventured into modeling and presenting mainstream TV. In the 1990s, Porter gained attention for posing nude for FHM, with the images projected onto the Houses of Parliament. Throughout her career, Porter has been impacted by alopecia, a condition causing hair loss. She attended Portobello High School in Edinburgh and studied media production at West Herts College. Although she made an unsuccessful bid to join the BBC show Blue Peter, she appeared on one episode of the medical drama series Cardiac Arrest. Porter has also presented various family-friendly and children-oriented programs, including Children's BBC Scotland, T.I.G.S, Around Scotland, MegaMag, Up For It!, Sticky, Disney's Great Cartoon Chase, How 2, Scratchy & Co, It's a Mystery, and Children in Need.
