Gale Harold Biography
Gale Morgan Harold III (born July 10, 1969) is an American actor known for his leading and recurring roles on popular TV shows such as Queer as Folk, Deadwood, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, The Secret Circle, and Defiance. He also starred in the romantic comedy Falling for Grace. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Harold had a strict religious upbringing but left the church at the age of 15. After attending the Lovett School and American University on a soccer scholarship, he moved to San Francisco to study photography. It was in 1997 that Susan Landau, daughter of actor Martin Landau, suggested Harold try acting, leading him to drop out of photography and pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
