Garrett Clayton

Garrett Clayton, born March 19, 1991, is an American actor and singer. He gained recognition for his role as Tanner in the Disney Channel movies Teen Beach Movie (2013) and Teen Beach 2 (2015). Clayton was born in Dearborn, Michigan and has Lebanese heritage. He started his acting career at Crestwood High School and later studied musical theater at Oakland University. In addition to his Disney Channel roles, Clayton has appeared in the TV show Days of Our Lives and the Lifetime movie Holiday Spin. With his portrayal of Tanner, he brought to life a cool and vacuous surfer character. Clayton continues to pursue his career in film, television, and stage.
