Gemma Chan

Gemma Chan (born November 29, 1982) is an English actress known for her work in both film and television. Born and raised in London, Chan initially pursued a career in law after studying at Worcester College, Oxford. However, she decided to follow her passion for acting and enrolled at the Drama Centre London. Chan's early career included supporting roles in popular TV shows like Doctor Who, Sherlock, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and Bedlam. She also appeared in independent films such as Exam, Submarine, and Belles Familles.
