George Calil Biography
George Calil (born March 29, 1973) is an English actor known for his role as Sergeant James H. 'Mo' Alley, Jr. in the TV mini-series Band of Brothers. He was born in England to Lebanese businessman Ely Calil. In 2004, Calil starred in the drama September Tapes, portraying American journalist Don Larson, and played Pompey the Great in the 2004 remake of Spartacus. In 2005, he appeared in four feature films including Rollin' with the Nines and Pterodactyl. He also played Detective Alex Taylor in the 2006 film Lycanthropy. Calil had a role in the BBC drama Holby City and dated Laura Sadler, who played Sandy in the show.
