George Morfogen Biography
George Morfogen (March 30, 1933 – March 8, 2019) was an American stage, film and TV actor of Greek descent. He is best known for his role as Bob Rebadow in the HBO show Oz and as Stanley Bernstein in the original V miniseries. Morfogen appeared in several off-Broadway productions, including Heinrich von Kleist's play, The Prince of Homburg, which was filmed for the PBS series Great Performances. He had a lifelong friendship with director Peter Bogdanovich and acted in five films directed by him, including What's Up, Doc?, Daisy Miller, and They All Laughed. Morfogen also worked off-screen on several films as a producer and co-producer.
