George Russo

George Russo is a British actor, screenwriter, and producer. He was born and raised in London and trained at the Anna Scher Theatre School in Islington. After taking a break from acting to pursue a degree at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, Russo made a successful return to the screen. In 2020, he appeared in the BBC soap opera Doctors as Jason Ridlash. The following year, he co-wrote and starred in the award-winning short film Baby Boy, which earned him the British Urban Film Festival Best Actor Award. In 2022, Russo joined the cast of the BBC soap opera EastEnders, portraying the character Eric Mitchell for an episode.
