Georgia Slowe (born 3 June 1966) is an English actress known for her role as Perdita Hyde-Sinclair on the British soap opera Emmerdale from 2006 to 2008. She received a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for her performance as Juliet in a 1989 production of Romeo and Juliet. Slowe was born to Jewish parents and her family surname was originally Slovedinski. She has had a diverse acting career spanning nearly 30 years, working with notable actors such as Denholm Elliott, Jenny Agutter, Angela Lansbury, Oliver Reed, and Richard Chamberlain. Slowe's other television credits include roles in The Mill on the Floss, Marco Polo, Secret Places, The Company of Wolves, Black Arrow, and Wallenberg.
