Georgia Taylor

Georgia Taylor, born Claire Marie Jackson on February 26, 1980, is an English actress known for her roles in various television shows. She started her acting career in 1997, playing the character Toyah Battersby in the popular ITV soap opera Coronation Street. In 2001, Taylor won the Best Dramatic Performance British Soap Award for her portrayal of Toyah. After leaving Coronation Street in 2003, she went on to appear in shows such as Where the Heart Is, New Street Law, Lilies, Red Cap, and Life on Mars. In 2016, Taylor made a comeback to Coronation Street, reprising her role as Toyah Battersby. Her other notable TV roles include Ruth Winters in Casualty and Kate Barker in Law & Order: UK.
