Georgina Rich

Georgina Rich is a British actress, born in August 1976. She began her career as a dancer, attending the London Studio Centre before transitioning to acting. She later graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 2004. Rich's notable stage performances include roles in 'Honour' (2006), 'Dirty Dancing' (2006), 'The Merchant of Venice' (2008), 'As You Like It' (2011), and 'Richard III' (2017). On television, she has appeared in BBC One dramas such as 'Cuffs' (2015), 'River' (2015), and the Black Mirror episode 'Hated in the Nation' (2016). In the Netflix series 'Heartstopper' (2022-present), she portrays Jane, the mother of the character Charlie Spring. Rich also played Wallis Simpson in the Channel 5 drama-documentary.
