Gia Carides

Gia Carides is an Australian actress known for her roles in film and television. Born on June 7, 1964, in Sydney, Australia, Carides comes from a multicultural background, with a Greek father and an English mother. She started her acting career at the age of 12, and her first film was the drama 'The Love Letters from Teralba Road'. Carides gained recognition for her performance as Liz Holt in 'Strictly Ballroom' and Susy Connor in 'Brilliant Lies', receiving AFI Award nominations for both. She is also known for portraying Cousin Nikki in 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' and its sequels, as well as Robin Swallows in 'Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me'.
