She rose to prominence for her role as Nia Moseby in the popular TV show The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Samuels also gained recognition as a series regular on All That from seasons 7 to 9. Her acting career started in 2002 when she joined the cast of All That, becoming one of the most frequently featured actresses on the show. She has also appeared in episodes of That's So Raven and Boston Public. Samuels has done voiceover work for Bill Cosby's animated show, Fatherhood.
