    Gloria Loring-Lagler, born Gloria Jean Goff on December 10, 1946, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She gained recognition for her role as Liz Chandler on the television series Days of Our Lives, where she appeared for six years from 1980 to 1986. Loring is also known for her duet with singer-actor Carl Anderson titled 'Friends and Lovers,' which reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1986. Born in New York City, Loring started her music career at the age of 14, and released her first album titled 'Today' in 1968. She has continued to contribute to the music industry and has made appearances on various television shows.
