Małgorzata Dobrowolska

Gosia Dobrowolska, born Małgorzata Dobrowolska on June 2, 1958, in Kamienna Góra, is a Polish-born Australian actress. She has one brother, Janusz Dobrowolski, who also had a minor appearance in the 1984 film, Silver City. Dobrowolska moved to Australia in the 1980s and made her first Australian film appearance in Silver City, portraying a Polish immigrant. In 1991, she starred in the film A Woman's Tale, directed by Paul Cox, where she played a nurse who befriends an elderly woman dying of cancer. Dobrowolska has also appeared in various stage productions, including Hamlet, The Marriage, Tongue of Stone, and Promised Land: Tinsel and Ashes, Feast. She has made notable contributions to the Australian film industry.
