Gregg Binkley (born March 20, 1963) is an American television actor. He is known for his roles as Kenny James on My Name is Earl (2005-2009) and Barney on Raising Hope (2010-2014). Binkley was born on March 20, 1963, in Topeka, Kansas, and graduated from Washburn Rural High School. He moved to California and appeared as a contestant on Classic Concentration in May 1988. In addition to his notable roles on My Name is Earl and Raising Hope, Binkley has made guest appearances on popular shows like Gilmore Girls, Malcolm in the Middle, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Yes, Dear, The Drew Carey Show, Full House, Family Matters, and Wizards of Waverly Place.
